How to Handle the Stress

Stress will easily attack us when we feel tired with our activities. We should handle it as soon as posible. There are some way to reduce or handle the stress in my way :

1. If you feel tired to do your assignments just take a break, don't forece yourself to work. it will make you feel more tired.



2, Go outside with your friends and have fun for a while. You can go to karaoke or mall to hanging out. Any places that can make you feeling relax is also good to visit.



3. If there is nobody want to go with you, just take yourself to walk around. I usually do it, I go outside by myself and just take a look at what happen around and trust me it works.



4. Go shopping, if I still have enough money I usually go to shopping with my friends or my brother. even though I have no money I just window shopping.



5.The last, go to salon or skin care and treat yourself with the treatment which is offered by the salon. It will help you to reduce the strees.



Those are some things that I usually do to reduce the stress when it attack me. For additional, I ussualy go to swim and eat more fruit that I love to eat, and it is really helpful.
